Kind words from pet parents
With over 17 years of experience as a qualified groomer and dog grooming lecturer, my focus is always on gentle, patient care and exceptional styling. Whether working with sensitive puppies or helping nervous dogs rediscover their confidence, hearing how happy owners and their companions are after every visit is the greatest reward. Read through real feedback and see why families across Oakham, Melton, Bourne and Grantham trust In Dog Neat O.
"My dog has never had a groom like that! Wow! The haircut is superb. The level of care, finish, and attention to detail is truly unmatched anywhere else in Leicester."
Sophie & Teddy
"Our standard poodle was terrified after a late start to grooming elsewhere. He used to bite at clippers and hate his paws touched. Within eight months of gentle visits, he now stands calmly, ignores the clippers, and looks like a proud poodle again!"
Mark R.
"You are simply invaluable to us and our nervous pup. Having a qualified lecturer and seasoned professional take the time to build trust made all the difference in the world."
